The Network of Care operates solely through donations and volunteer efforts. 100% of all donations directly support the delivery of meal bags. The Stephanie Marie Frazier Memorial Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting hospitals, staff and parents at numerous medical centers throughout California. All donations are tax-deductible.
